Thank you for offering it on Amazon guys! I'm most appreciative! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Using for MTHFR *by C***I on 12 June 2022* I bought this product because I have a MTHFR gene mutation. After doing research on the condition I found out that I needed to take a methylfolate product which this is but also found out that the exact dosage was not known and that a person needs to start small and add as needed. I was initially going to order a product that has 15 mg of methylfolate but after reading the research on dosage I canceled that order and then found this product and I thought this would fit my needs a lot better. I can start small and increase if I feel it is necessary. So far I am only taking one a day and seeing how I do with that. I love the taste of them and wish I could take more just for the taste but I am starting slow. They dissolve easily too. And I think the fact that they dissolve in the mouth makes them more absorbable.
