Just recieved my kerdi band. Its just a length of membrans 5" wide. You can see the wavy cut line. Rip Off?

The wavy cut line is on the long edge where it was cut from a sheet membrane 33 foot long. they must have run out of the 1/2 thickness kerdi band.

Installing a knee wall in front of an alcove apron tub/shower combo to tile the front. Which of these products to best seal the tile to tub seam?

I don't understand the question. Sounds like you would be better served by going to Schluter Kerdi-Band and seek an answer there.

Can this product be used to seal a koi pond before tiling?

I am not sure what seam you are covering but with the right adhesive this would provide an ideal seam tape.
