They showed up very quickly, and I got two for the price of what a lot of sellers are charging for one lock. It was easy to set my combination, it fit my locker nicely, and seems like it will work really well. The combination is more simple than a typical lock, no having to remember to spin to the right or left so many times, you just set your numbers and are good to go! I also didn't want a lock with a key that I would have to carry around because I shut all of my belongings in my locker at work. I decided to reach out to the company itself and am glad to say that I'm happy I did. They were very nice and their customer service was excellent. I was told that I would receive a new lock free of charge within a few business days. It only took about 3 days to receive the item I was promised which was packed with 2 locks. These locks have been working fine since and so far none of them have given me any problems.
