What are the dimensions of this bag? Especially height?

Bag is 12" H 7"wide, 6.5" deep. The top is soft and flexible, so even the taller bottles will fit, especially if placed in the back. We take two bottles and two really nice glasses, and love this bag!

Can i fit a 3.5'' x 3.5'' x 12'' water bottle there?

YES, If it fits four 3" x 12" standard wine bottles, it should fit four standard 2.87" x 11.83" water bottles. I think your problem, asker, is if you actually have 3.5" diameter water bottles. I think you were guessing, and if so, you're good. But even if not, there's nothing existential with changing your brand of water! BUT, I haven't seen the bag, I'm just doing the math. Does anyone who has seen it have further clarification?

Is in insulated so food items requiring refrigeration won't spoil?

It has thick padding, as you can see in the picture if you enlarge it - reminds me of some coats I have seen made of very similar material, that keep you warm in the winter. I "assume" it would also keep chilled champagne cool longer than just a regular bag. I doubt if it is meant to keep any type of food from spoiling.

Is this insulated? Will it keep the bottles cool?

It's reasonably well insulated. We typically insert an ice pack into one of the 4 compartments, so it can better keep 3 bottles cold for several hours in the other compartments. Cool, huh?
