This is good stuff. I dont feel jittery or get heart palpitations, just a smooth energy that gets me through tough training sessions. My only issue is the dyes used in these products. It's a big deal especially when dyes have finally been brought to light how bad they are for you. Evlution... we dont need colors. Just the good flavoring you already provide. Otherwise this is a 5 star product.

I'm using just half the suggested serving size and usually only on chest day. It definitely gives me some extra energy and seems to help the recovery time.

I've used other products by evl and they are all very good quality!! I really appreciate the quality of the bcaa!! Today I woke up very early in the morning which would normally kill my workout!! I just did such a big chest workout using this, even doing cardio right now!! Normally I probably wouldn't do as much. I did four extra big exercises that I normally don't get too so this greatly helped. I normally use the xtend brand but I had a much better workout using this!! I also felt the xtend one ended up making me go to the bathroom a lot. The products they make are really good quality and I really recommend them. I've used a lot of different supplement and this has to be one of the best!! I'll keep buying it just because of how much my workout improved today on the first use!!

This is the first time I've tried EVL BCAA Energy, and I have been taking the Blue Raz flavor for roughly a week. It has a great flavor (will be trying additional flavors in the near future). It mixes super fast in a blender bottle, with no chalky residue or any of that junk. It provides an almost instant jolt of energy without any jitters or other noticeable side effects. In fact, I took it this morning after only a few hours of crappy sleep, and I feel great several hours later. I take it on an empty stomach and have no issues at all. I'm currently doing mostly cardio, so can't speak to recovery from heavy resistance training, but I definitely notice more zing in my routine, and perhaps more focus. I literally look forward to taking this at least once a day, and have taken two doses a couple times. You could easily include additional micronized supps in this too. I've added creatine, and will also be adding citrulline when I get back to weights next week. I may even drink this post with some glutamine as well. All that said, I've read good reviews all over, and I concur. Using primarily as a pre-cardio, but will at least add as an intra-workout with other additions too. By the way, I mix with 8 oz water, and the flavor is fine for me, but you can easily adjust more or less to suit your taste. I can't imagine less than 8 oz though, because it does have a bite to it. Not bitter or bad, but just an enjoyable tartness. Overall good product so far.

Taste- The taste was great, I often had to stop myself from just adding it to glasses of water I was sipping on at home just for the flavour. Energy Levels- This was what I needed it for, I was heading to some high intensity sports straight from work and did not have the time to fuel up on a proper meal. It sustained me well throughout the two hours of some high intensity work. Recovery- Hard to say what the effect was here. I already have a strong recovery routine in place and overly long soreness or injury has largely been avoided prior to trying this product. Focus- When I had to coach and teach my sport, it helped me stay consistent with my expectation of indefatigable exertion on both myself and those I was coaching. Endurance- Endurance has always been strong, may have been placebo, but having a big swig of this BCAA product gave me that extra push to ignore the mental-side of craving rest or taking a round off/easy.

Taste good. Gives me plenty of energy to get through my workout. Not sure if it has had an impact on muscle building yet but it is still early days. I'm happy to keep using it for now

Great product after a hard workout like weightlifting with some cardio integrated into it. You might feel like ur gonna pass out or need a nap but with this you’ll carry out the rest of the day no problem. Also yes u can use it for pre workout as well for good energy before destroying urself. Flavour is also very tasty I couldn’t figure out though if it is zero calories though. It has so many benefits though I could really care less at this point. If your taking training seriously get it.
