i had one and lost it so this is a replacement. i have a lot of thick hair so its just a touch small for me but it is very soft and comfortable.

I'm not a big believer in protecting yourself against EMF radiation or 5g. I'm skeptical that it causes much damage at all. Still, it doesn't hurt to be prudent. And I wanted a black cap. The only problem is that it cost nearly $70! That's a lot of money for just a thin silver lining that is meant to reduce your EMF exposure. But it could make for a nice gift for somebody who keeps talking about the subject and is worried about it. I hope the photo is helpful at illustrating what it looks like. It's quite lightweight. I think it might get a bit hot there if you are doing exercise because the reflective coating doesn't allow for much breathability. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is that I feel that they are gouging a bit on the price. I don't think that the cost to make this is more than $10.
