Be careful
I feel anyone trying this product should talk to someone who has ised it extensively... I felt giddy after consuming it and could clarify what was happening even with my dietician... After several weeks, I still feel giddy once in a while and am not sure what is causing it. Don't experiment... Pl be careful.
