Arrived fast and works great. Very easy to use and adjust for the exact doneness you want. Light when ready to add batter and light when cooked. Has a nice overflow rim to keep things neat. No stick and easy clean up.

This is hands down the best waffle maker out there. Nothing will ever change my mind. It heats evenly, makes perfectly crisp waffles every single time, and is incredibly easy to use. No guessing, no uneven cooking, no nonsense — it just works. I’ve tried others over the years and none of them come close. This Cuisinart delivers consistent results and is solid and well-built. If you’re serious about waffles like I am, buy this one and don’t look back. I’ll happily die on this hill.

Love the New Classic waffle Maker, clean/wipe up easier with a wet paper towel! Stand upright to store in limited spaces. I can make all types of homemade waffles (made from scratch recipes) with fresh or frozen fruit filling. Beats eating frozen Eggo waffles that taste like cardboard! Or I can either wrap chicken or veggies in the waffle by rolling up and eating like a burrito. Hubby used the left over waffle as a sandwich, he commented that it added a lot of flavor to the cheese and slices of deli meats.

Although phenomenal in theory and creates incredible waffles and waffle stuffed bread sandwiches 🤤 unfortunately, there's no way to take the plates out so cleaning them can grow mold since the box says never to put water directly on the plates. It's safe, heats very fast and well, versatile, the perfect size and extremely convenient when you want something mouthwatering but don't feel like using multiple pots and pans and dishes.

Bought as a Christmas present and since it is used daily, I would say it is well loved and works great. Not sure how healthy it is to eat waffles every day, but who am I to judge.. it is easy to use and you just pour in a little over a half cup or homemade batter (at least she does) and you have fresh waffles in around a minute a piece. You need to pay attention since it does cook so quickly. Easy to tell when it’s done since it goes from green when you first put it in, to red, and back to green when it’s done. You can even choose the level of “doneness” like a toaster does, in the front. It is very compact since it’s about the size of a waffle, so easy storage. Mostly easy to clean unless you spill some in the front. Not as easy to get into those parts to clean, but if you don’t overfill and spill out the side, you’re good. Err on the side of caution for your first one and pour right in the middle.

This waffle maker is awesome! Makes perfect waffles fast, delicious, and huge! I love the sleek design, very convenient to store and use, and makes breakfast easy/fun!

IT TOOK ME 3 TIMES ORDERING A CLASSIC TYPE WAFFLE IRON. THIS ONE WORKS PERFECT WITH THE SAME RESULTS AS THE OLD ONE I HAD FROM THE 50'S. I GOT THE OLD ONE FROM A FRIEND AND NOTHING HAS COME CLOSE TO IT AS THIS CUISINART. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. THE SIZE IS SMALLER AND STORES UPRIGHT USING LESS SPACE, THE HEAT ADJUSTMENT IS VERY SIMILAR FOR THE CLASSIC STYLE. I CAN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT.

I replaced a Krupps waffle maker because the non-stick plates were sticking. This one is smaller, easier to pull out of a drawer. I've used it with two batches. The instructions that come with the machine are not very helpful. I wish I had looked up the manual online before first use, as there are excellent instructions including the need to remove a protective coating on the plates and also to season by wiping on (not spraying) oil. The non-stick function works really well. Very easy to clean. The plates are not removable! One issue is that it browns unevenly, with the middle cooking more slowly than the edges. From the manual, I see that I may need to spread the batter before closing the top. Also, this model does not beep when the green light goes on, so you need to physically watch for the light so the waffles don't burn. I would not have bought this model if I had known in advance! Finally, the browning level selector is loose, so that there is not a difference between setting it at "3" or "4". Comments on the Cuisinart website say this is common with this model, and may get worse. I'm hanging onto the warranty card!
