I bought these ice packs for my husband's lunch box. He owns a Stanley lunch box and these fit in there perfectly! I put one on the bottom and two on the front and back and place his food inside, and it stays nice and cool all day. In the summertime he likes to take salads or sandwiches to work and it is important that they stay cool without refrigeration, as there is limited opportunity to put his lunch in the fridge at work. We also use these ice packs when we go grocery shopping to keep our frozen stuff and refrigerated stuff cold until we're able to put it in the fridge at home. I highly recommend these as they are a great size and very versatile.

Great for packing food and beverages in. Especially as the ice packs are so thin

These ice packs are made of a strong plastic that does not bend. There are a couple finger sized holes that are good for grasping the ice. Would be good for a hand injury for sure but we've been using them to ice hipis, knee, back. Chills very well

These cold packs are very thin, as noted (about half an inch) but work well in small spaces or insulated bags. We used them to keep frozen meat cold when we went on a camping trip. We put them in an insulated bag with 2 pounds of frozen meat and they kept the meat cold for about 24 hours. They also worked well for keeping water cold in an insulated bag. You have to use a lot of them to be effective but they work as stated.
