They do "shadow" some on the backside of some of the pages but that is different from "bleeding". For this reason, I look for coloring books which are printed on only one side of the page. I'm in love with Flair's smooth application and vivid colors. **Q: I want to use these in an Erin Condren planner, but I don't want bleed through, and I don't want the marker to smear - am I ok w/these?** A: I have used them in my Erin Condren planner and it really depends on how hard you write with your pen. More often than not, they don't bleed. **Q: Can this pen be used for school to write?** A: This pen reminds me if a fine tip permanent marker, not sure if it would last as long as a ball point pen for daily school writing.. **Q: What color does the 24 pack come with?** A: Just to be thorough in case you think like me, the colors you DO NOT get are olive and marigold.
