A good wind down drink after a stressful dayโฆ
These absolutely chill me out after a stressful day. If Iโm feeling anxiety, this drink washes it away. It wonโt make you feel buzzed or anything. Just will take the edge off. I save them for when Iโm feeling especially stressed and want to wind down. This works far better than their powdered version. Powdered version I feel no effect. But the canned carbonated ones are fantastic

I love this stuff!
I actually depend on these drinks for anxious things like job interviews. It is not fantastic tasting but also not terrible. I have terrible anxiety problems and don't take prescription meds so this has been great. I realize it is just simple ingredients everyone takes now, and maybe a placebo effect type thing, but works for me! I like that it is a fizzy drink and helps me feel at ease. I also tried the powder, but I like this ready to go drink more.

My go-to! We love this drink; it tastes great, and we love the calming effect (it's very subtle). A great way to unwind after a busy day.

Overpriced for what it is
Personally, I did notice relaxation after these. However, twice I ended up with heart palpitations and a feeling of anxiety... From googling online, it seems this is something others have experienced too. I have taken l theanine before with no issues but these have a higher dose and I guess in some people, it can trigger heart palpitations and feelings of anxiety. I'm 100% certain it was the drinks. I did enjoy the flavor but I just enjoy plain carbonated water as well. For the price, I don't think they are worth it. You can get magnesium and l theanine capsules and a case of carbonated water for cheaper than 12 cans of this...
