Getting replacement parts for the outside and lid are impossible to get so I just wouldn't waste my money on it. The people are friendly and listen well but the unit just doesn't work. I've had better luck with other machines which use black lights for attracting the Mosquitos and while they are not perfect, I find more dead bugs in the traps. The spring rusts and the glue deteriorates leaving gaps in the trap to allow mozzies back out. I've greased the spring on this one, hopefully it does not rust so fast this time.
