Written and largely produced by Joseph in isolation over the course of the past year at his home studio, with Dun engineering the album's drums from across the country, 'Scaled and Icy' is the product of long-distance virtual sessions and finds the duo processing their upended routines along with the prevailing emotions of 2020 - anxiety, loneliness, boredom, and doubt. The duo had to forgo their normal studio sessions but reached a new of level of introspection in the process, adopting a more imaginative and bold approach to their songwriting. My favourite twenty one pilots album
I normally listen a few times to albums and pick my favourites that I add to various playlists. This album so far is just all excellent music with no fillers. Yes I have a few favourites like choker and redecorate and mulberry street but in all honesty I’m not listening and saying “skip this because chokers next”. I’ve sincerely put this entire album on my twenty one pilots playlist. Sincerely can’t recommend this album highly enough and I’ve listened to them proper since Heathens.

My son loves 21 pilots... I've been listening in the car since arrived. Got to say it's very catchy... As all the ohers.. Like it a lot
