The only rust converter available online for an economical price. How to use a rust converter :- 1) apply (with brush or cotton swab) over the rust affected area and leave for couple of hours to dry until the rust changes colour to a darker shade (reddish, grey or black) 2) remove any loose rust by wire brush or sand paper. 3) Apply another coat of rust remover and leave it for couple of hours and it may turn darker than the 1st coat. Excess application may sometime give whitish black surface which isn't a problem. 4) Heavy rusting : remove loose rust first and the apply two coats of rusticide, wash and coat. 5) (protective coating) to paint over the metal either by metal primer or SBR waterproofing membrane wash thoroughly as rust removers consist of a plant extracted organic chemical called tannic acid. (These acids if not washed can weaken the primer or SBR coating) Application of use : Rebars, rusted rebars in concrete slabs, metal roofs and frames, bike frame and parts, door grill, tools. People living close to the coastal areas may use this product over bike wheel rims, bike parts and window grills as rusting is more common. Rust converters will give good rust protection against moisture and light water splashing but protective coating is required if exposed to continuous water e.g. metal roof and exposed rebar in concrete slabs. If usings indoors place a cardboard under the metal as these acids can stain cement floors
