321 STRONG Knee Support Band for Jumpers Knee

I have a problem with knee pain when I go running and I've tried other patella braces, but they don't stay up and they pinch. This one works really well. I went for a couple mile run to see how it worked and it didn't slip or pinch in too much. I like that it has straps on both sides, although it's a tiny bit big for me, it still works well!

The only problem is that this band is a bit too large for my knee. I'm a 195lb athletic male that is 5'10". I purchased it to use on my left quadriceps tendon as I have had some overuse pain that is nagging me. It seems to provide a little help. The double loop closure is much better than your standard one piece of Velcro on one side over a material on the other side.

I purchased this after being diagnosed with patella tibial syndrome. My doctor recommended I start using a knee strap like this to add support while working out to avoid knee pain. Even as someone with a larger knee this didn't seem to be small enough. With it adjusted to the point that the two velcro tabs are overlapping in the back it's still not tight enough to provide support and stop the pain. Also the edges of the velcro dig into and scratch the back of my knee when I bend it which makes for an uncomfortable workout. Unfortunately I likely can't return it as I trimmed down the velcro in an attempt to make it more comfortable. I find that knee wraps seem to work better for me and have just continued to use those instead. The construction seems very solid however. Product feels very sturdy and well put together but it just doesn't fit in a way that helps me or is comfortable. Recommendation to the manufacturer would be to use velcro straps that are softer and don't dig into the skin, and possibly improve the adjustability or make multiple sizes.

I have been a chiropractor for 36 years and have used a similar knee brace to not only help, but through passive exercise and chiropractic adjustments seen knees heel up, avoiding surgery. I've recently been looking for an alternative knee brace that would do the same and have found it with 321. Pricing is great and quality and comfort are superb.

I bought this as a replacement for a similar band i bought at Walgreens that i lost during a move. Don't waste your money. This band was pretty poorly designed. In order to adjust it properly you have to flip in inside. The Velcro isn't the greatest, and the biggest issue is that i really can't get it as tight as it should be; which kinda defeats the entire purpose. And i have pretty thick calves/legs in general.. Spend a couple dollars more and get something better. This is not worth the money. I'm honestly surprised it has so many good reviews. It doesn't deserve it.

I ordered 2 braces for my daughter. She has had knee problems for years but wanted to get back into running. She wears them for support, they give her confidence in feeling as though her knee won't give out on her mid run. The braces are made out of quality material, they are every thing they are advertised as. The owner of the company has also reached out personally by email to ensure we were happy with the product and has made himself available if there were any problems. He also sent out a follow up email with suggestions on how to help with overall health/knee health. I appreciate that more than anything. He genuinely cares about his product and how it is received and used.

Should have known something so thin would provide so little support. Did not help my knees at all. They just sit in my closet now.

Ordered on a whim because I have been experiencing tendinitis in my knee (not sure if its my meniscus or patella causing the problem). Paired with some reset and crosstraining, this provided the right level of support to help. Adjustable Velcro fits well and stays snug on my skinny legs (I had been worried it would be too big).
