How does Schumacher 2 amp battery charger compares to Axtra 3.6 amp battery charger?

I am an auto mechanic for 32 years. I have been testing these chargers for about 8 months so far. Schumacher battery clamps has bare aluminum stick out that lack of insulation. The insulation is used to prevent those individuals who accidentally touch the positive and negative from being electrocuted.

Does Axtra 3.6 amp battery charger better than Schumacher 1.5 amp battery charger? Axtra has 0.9 amp and 3.6 amp, this one only has 1.5 amp?

I am totally agreed AXTRA battery charger has 0.9 amp and 3.6 amp that would outperform the Schumacher 1.5 amp. AXTRA 3.6 amp will charge your car battery 50% more faster than Schumacher.

Schumacher has 2 amp only. AXTRA is more adequate to trickle charge motorcycle, lawn mower and ATV. Most importantly the battery clamps with Schumacher is not fully insulated. The insulation is used to prevent those individuals who accidentally touch the positive and negative from being electrocuted.

my mower have 2 connected batteries,will it charge them together?

If it has 2, 12V batteries you can charge them together IF they are wired parallel to one another (if they are connected positive to positive, and negative to negative), because they act like one big 12V battery. If they are wired for 24V (positive to negative), you have to charge them one at a time, OR disconnect them and put jumpers on them to wire them parallel and you can do them both at once. HOWEVER, as stated by Chris, this is NOT a charger. At 1.5 amps output, it is only designed to maintain a battery while idle, or to charge a small (ie 12Ah) battery.
