Lots of uses for these clips, and a great price here
I stumbled on these at a local store and don't know what I've done without them. Stop tying double knots and use these instead. Works great with a turnbuckle for hanging lines in the garden or the shop. I used these with some rope to zip tie a hose overhead for easier lawnmowing. Get them here, you save a few bucks and will use this many eventually anyway.

Seemed to be OK except for 1 with a short "leg"
One of the clamps was missing about 1/4" of leg on 1 side of the U, everything else was OK. I only needed 24 total, so no biggie. They fit 1/8" stainless cable well & tightened nicely. I used moderate pressure with a hand nut driver to tighten. I was please to notice the clamps really needed to be loose in order to adjust the cable within, should hold well.

Never saddle a dead horse.
I'm supporting small branches on a bank of Canadian Hemlocks that get overloaded with snow during the winter. I had been using nylon rope and over the years they started to fray from the weather. The wire rope and clamps seemed to be more appropriate.

Casting flaws
Had a few casting flaws in the package. Bad enough I wouldn't use them. Glad I over bought

Clamp-it!!
I uses this to attach some pea cages together to make a large tomato cage. worked like it should. If I was using and knew how this worked for its intended purpose (steel rope clamp) I would give it 5 starts

Best deal I have found for wire rope clamps.
Real deal. Same clamps you pay 4 times for at your local hardware store.
