The timer light hasn't work since the first day

Working only for few weeks than the knob became tight and lights went off ..i have warrenty card also .. I contract the customer service they said no technicians available tommorow call after 10 then I called no one pick the call ..the call declining when ever i call..if ur service not available for ur customers why u people give warrenty card all that stuff..ur machines eligible for only for 1 month or 2 month like that mention that so people don't waste ther money on ur product..
