I love the taste buds r warning these have MSG and did trigger a headache. If your okay with MSG they have great flavor.

Nora’s vegetable cubes were great in soups. Gives it a nice flavor and good for vegan meals.

I bought this item when I went vegetarian, it helps to add very good flavor to everything even when I cook beef stew for others. The quality and freshness are good. But beware it does however contain MSG and the sodium content is very high.
