What are the measurements of these glasses.

The size of these glasses is: lenses width: 58mm/2.28in, height: 36mm/1.42in, nose bridge:27mm/1.06in, temple:145mm/5.71in, the frame length: 130mm/5.12in

I need 2.0 - these work great on the bottom 2.0 but on the top - I'm all blurry ? my normal vision is 20/20 for distance vision so ??

I’m careful not to look through the upper portion.

No distance needed, only 2.5 reading and less for intermediate computer. Will these work?

Yes, these glasses will work, you just need to choose 2.5 x for reading，they are no magnification for distance.

I need +2.5 on the bottom for reading, +1.25 on top for distance. Is this possible?

Our multifocal glasses has zero magnification on top for distance, so we don’t have the glasses you want.
