These are absolutely recyclable pouches. Just as the post below, by Steven Fisher reads, “ Yes it is. That is where mine go everytime”. I have to agree! I always put my empty pouches in the recycling bin. Our city recycling policies are very strict. If they didn’t belong, I would have already been cited. **Q: is this product HE compliant?** A: Yes, our Fabric Conditioner is HE compatible. **Q: when do you add the downey to your wash** A: That will depend on your machine. If you have a dispenser, add the liquid to it before starting your wash cycle. If you don't have a dispenser, add the liquid to the final rinse cycle. **Q: How is a 48 ounce pouch 56 loads if the minimum quantity to use is 1/8 cup or 1 ounce?** A: I don't use weight measurements for this, but rather approximate in the cap based on past usage/experience. It's kind of less expensive, but it does take a bit of fore-thought and packing space.
