If you forget you password/pin/pattern can you reset the phone?

Here are the steps on how to do a hard reset on your TT20 mobile phone 1. Make sure that the phone is switched off. 2. Hold down both the power key and the volume up (+) key for 25-30seconds 3. Once you see TTfone logo appears on your screen release your fingers and options will show. 4. Select the wipe data/factory reset, use the volume buttons to navigate and the Power key to select. 5. The next display will ask to confirm factory reset after that it will start restoring the default settings. It is important not to remove the battery or interrupt the process. 6. Once the reset is done, you will see the next screen. On the options displayed select "reboot the system" now and restart your mobile phone. I trust this helps.
