Looked cheap but it fits and my windows lock. I'll need to wait a few years to tell you if they will last 30 years like my old window locks. I used the old screws to ensure a good fit. It worked. My windows lock. Worth it for now. I used only the slider pieces, The stable brackets were not broken on my window. I let those two alone, "If it ain't broke.... " Thanks

One of the latches at my girlfriends house wore out so I thought I would just fix it. After taking the piece apart I decided that it was "unfixable" and would need to be replaced. I spent over a total of 15 hours searching online for a direct replacement and could not find anything close, until I found this one. The color wasn't the same as the rest, so I changed all of the units in the room. After taking measurements I figured this was the best shot at replacing.Perfect Fit! Took 15 minutes to install all 4 latches. Home inspection was scheduled for the next day.Sold the house 1 hour later. Thanks to the perfect fit latch! ;-)

Couldn't find this at all near me at lowes or the depo so I ordered online and this was a God Sent. Thank you! Enjoyed and fixed the window.

Peachtree windows is no longer in business but these locks came up as replacements. Thy worked perfectly four our windows. Very easy to install!

The locks are readily available and delivered promptly. The look is good and the fit is perfect.

Broke the latch on a basement window, not knowing the brand of window. Tried to order this product and it fit perfect, maybe better than original. Would recommend this latch.

Je pensais acheter une barrure solide, il n'en est rien. Faite de plastique, elle semble très fragile et je ne pense pas qu'elle résistera à un usage fréquent.Par chance, je l'ai installé sur une fenêtre du 2e étage donc je n'ai pas de crainte qu'un voleur passera par là. Si vous comptez protéger vos fenêtre d'une entrée par effraction avec ce modèle: passez votre chemin!Très cher pour ce que c'est...

The good: It’s a perfect fit and exactly the same as the broken bottom casement lock it’s replacing.The bad: It’s dark grey, though described as bronze. It doesn’t quite match the upper lock or the handle, which are bronze and which I’m still using.
