I can't imagine why one would not come complete... **Q: Will this fit 3" drain?** A: It fits my 3" toilet tank drain. **Q: Will this fit a model# 2005 American standard** A: check on the AS website. There are pictures to identify model number and parts **Q: I have a well and every so often the flapper doesnt close and the water keeps running. Any suggestions for a better flapper kit** A: After purchasing several of the kits to repair my toilet and still having the same basic problem...leaking or running. I finally gave up and purchased another toilet. Sorry I couldn't give you a better solution.
