Not quite the same amounts as old essential one. This one has 12mg zinc vs 15mg in previous. Also, 120mcg selenium vs 150 mcg, 100mcg chromium vs 120mcg, 50mcg molybdenum vs 75mcg, 50 mcg boron vs 100mcg. Surprisingly, there is more vanadium at 120mcg vs the previous 50mcg. All the other minerals and vitamins stayed pretty much the same.

Well thought out ingredients to make a multivitamin that has everything you need. I would recommend looking into each of the listed vitamins and where they're coming from to realize just how much better these are than any other brand or product. Only other thing you might need is a low dosage iron supplement which I'm glad they left out of the multivitamin because the amount that each person can handle is usually very specific and unique to the individual (Higher iron is not better. 25mg works for most people along with myself and no side effects).
