DEWALT Portable Table Saw with Stand, 8-1/4 inch, up to 48-Degree Angle Cuts (DWE7485WS)

Great saw and stand. Easy set up that took minimal time. I have used it several times and works great. Great product for medium size jobs. I also appreciate the added safety features and the price was extremely competitive. I think that the only change or addition that I will make is to add wheels to the stand to make moving around projects easier and not require help.

My Craftsman 10" saw drowned in a flood, but it took up a lot of space and I did not use it very often anymore. But I needed a saw so I bought this one. I picked DeWalt as I appreciate their quality, and this saw is very high quality. And pretty heavy and solid but easy to move around. The fence with dial adjustment is great. It seems quite accurate. I just completed new baseboards for the house and it made it easy.

The product itself is 5 stars. Works great. Solidly built. The assembly instructions are 1 star. Thankfully there are Youtube videos showing the steps. Chinese are great at producing low cost quality products, but they're terrible at documentation. My guess is women handle instructions and they're generally not good at logic. I doubt a woman would ever read any reviews of table saws, so I'm not worried about offending anyone.

I love this table saw. Very Well thought out. Work Fantastic And everything was aligned from the factory, perfect. The only thing I can give less then one star, is the stand that they sell with this. It's definitely a piece of junk. Get on YouTube and look up. Table sauce stands and they have some fantastic designs that you can build using your brand new saw.

X basically, it was quick and easy to assemble. I’ve used it a few times now and it performs reliably for medium-sized projects. I also like the safety features included. The price was quite reasonable too. The only thing I might add later are wheels to the stand so I can move it around more easily on my own during different tasks.

The saw is solid, easily portable and the included blade is functional for rough work. Ready to go right out of the box. The stand on the other hand requires the saw be screwed to it unnecessarily increasing the time to setup on the job site. Would have rather a stand that doesn't require assembly every time I move it. Expected better from Dewalt.

Bought this saw as a diyer and have no complaints. Finished two basements and several laminite and vinyl floors among other projects. This saw is accurate and easy to use. The anti kickback mechanism works well and easily detaches when needed. Stand folds and the saw is quite compact for storaage. Saw has a good weight as you would expect so it doesn't move in use but can stille easily be carried by one person. Only complaint is the locking lever for the fence is close to the fence track teeth. Would definitely recommend.

Great little big saw. I downsized from the 10" with the rolling stand because it is just too big and awkward for transporting to smaller jobs. The 8 1/4 has great power and everything that the 10" has, just lighter amd more portable. I'm a finish carpenter so I use it a lot and would highly recommend it for anyone that doesn't have the ability to roll a saw into their trailer. I have a smaller van and this saves space for other important tools.

Great product, looked at it in several hardware stores but I could not make up my mind and then they were mostly sold out. I would have had to travel over 80km to get it on sale but Amazon delivered the goods. I love Amazon, for almost everything. The service is great and professional. The saw works just as I expected, a DeWalt product was recommended and you cannot go wrong. Thank you
