I cooked it in the rice cooker which is super easy. Just rinse it, dump it in the rice cooker and let it cook. I then place it in a container in the fridge for the week and then I just take out what I need and sauté with some onions, butter and seasoning. It was delicious. I’ve lost weight on the GOLO diet plan and they push healthy carbohydrates. So I’ve been experimenting with ancient grains.
