It also has a great quiet mode for bedtime which I found to be very useful and it honestly doesn’t take up that much room in the living room and I have a 624 ft.² home.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this thing honestly impressed me enough that I’m buying a second one today. I picked up the LEVOIT air purifier for a large room, and it flat-out works. You’d be amazed (and maybe a little grossed out) by how much junk it pulls out of the air. After running it for a bit and checking the filter, I could actually see all the dust, dander, and random gunk it grabbed. Definitely makes you realize what you’ve been breathing in. One of the biggest wins for me is how it handles cooking smells. I do a lot of stovetop cooking—fish, spices, all that—and this thing just wipes it out. You can cook a full meal, leave the house, come back later, and it barely smells like anything happened. That alone made it worth it. I’ve also got a husky, so keeping the air clean is a big deal. Between the shedding and just general pet dander, I wanted something that could keep up. This purifier handles it no problem. It pulls in the dander, any lingering odors, even smoke, and pushes out clean, crisp air that you can actually feel. It runs quietly, doesn’t get in the way, and just does its job. These are great air Purifiers. Some of the most efficient units on the market, especially for their size. That being said, I can not recommend a returned unit. First unit I purchased was new, all good. Then I purchased a used like-new mint condition unit, only to find the unit was chock full of dirt and dust. Looks like someone used it for a year, bought a new one, slapped the sticker on the old one and sent it back to Amazon.

I bought one for the bedroom and my better half can now sleep in peace now that the Honeywell is no longer disturbing the pease. Honeywell makes a great cleaner but, it’s very loud and the light doesn’t cut off. This Levoit is quite, has sleep mode and noise and light are no longer an issue. The one thing I was disappointed in was not buy 2 on my first purchased so bought another one 2 weeks late for my office. Clean air working from home is essential right!

I've been using air purifiers in my house for at least 15 years now. Every room has one, and it has kept me from having to really dust. Being a single father for most of those years, until my kid graduated and moved out a couple of years ago, not having to do a lot of dusting is a high priority for me... All of them are way oversized for what I need, since I have large smart ones in each bedroom that claim the ability to support like 1500 square feet. But I like the smart, wifi connected ones. I also like the ones with the auto sensing feature so they can adjust their own speeds as needed. So I went for features rather than sizing correctly for each room. Thus, when it was time to get another, and I looked around, this seemed to be a good fit without getting models that cost way too much. I have an Air+Health, and an Aeris, both which are like 3 or 4 times as expensive. And neither of which has ever justified that cost in my experience. Especially now that Aeris was bought out by iRobot and the app won't even work anymore... One more reason to go this route. I got this one a day before I also grabbed a Core 200S for my bathroom - the only one I have that is not capable of auto sensing. This one is dead silent on auto. On speed 1 of 4, it's a very quiet fan noise, even from 5 feet away, which is how far it is from my dining table chair. 2 is not much worse, and even 3 is more than acceptable. 3 sounds like many other ones I've seen would be at a lower setting. 4, of course, is loud, but again, it's loud compared to itself. Compared to, say, my Aeris, Winix, or my Air+Health purifiers, this one has the least obnoxious sound level on the highest setting. I like the ability to schedule things. I let it run at a higher level at night while I sleep since the noise will not bother me at the total opposite end of the house. And even if I did her it, at that point it would be white noise, which I often sleep to anyway due to obnoxious neighbors. The auto setting seems to be spot on with the other ones I have that cost three or four times as much as this. I really never notice it going up - until I cook burgers on the stove. Doesn't matter what else I do with ground beef, tacos or anything else, nothing cares. I cook hamburgers? Suddenly the purifiers in my kitchen, dining room, and great room (big open concept here so these three rooms are one large room that's half of my house) all spin up, show red and are doing their best to cope with whatever it is that my hamburger cooking is doing to my poor indoor air quality. And this one does not lag behind or anything. So you're not getting a lesser quality detection on this one simply because you are not spending such a ridiculous amount. My only real complaint is that the display is so recessed on the top. So if you're sitting across the room you have absolutely NO visible sign of status. And if it's on auto you can't even tell if it's turned on or not since it's so quiet if it isn't sensing something in the air and cranking up the air filtering. But the app works, unlike the Aeris ones now, and the unit is unobtrusive unless you REALLY make an effort. For the price, you can't beat it. And for the price, it beats ones that cost several times its cost. Update - I threw out the thousand dollar Aeris since the app stopped working, replaced it with this. Now I'm replacing two Winix AM90's that worked fine until recently, and are having app issues of their own. One I had going without issues for about 4 years, the other was just pulled out of the box at the same time I ordered my first one of these. So I'll end up now with my home having 5 of the 7 air purifiers in it all being Levoit... Update - now all but one, the Dyson heater / purifier, is a Levoit. I removed the annoying Air+Health one that made way too much noise even on low, like a bad bearing or something, with a new Everest model of these Levoit ones. After a year or so with all the smaller ones, I have the king of them all in my great room. And it's night and day to any other, even these other Levoit models. It's quiet. On high (3, out of 1-3) it's hardly noticeable. On Turbo, you notice it, but it's such a low frequency sound that you really just don't register it at all like the other models on higher speeds. This is the GOAT for me especially as their best model is 20% off right now.

After 30 days of solid use is working well. Husband reporting much less allegens and improved sleep. Has reduced dust in the house by 90% -seriously, we leave doors open as much as possible in house and were dusting once a week -now do not have the dust buildup at all. Easy out of the box setup. Not noisy and does reduce cooking odors as well as its primary filtration job -so a nice benefit

(English follows !) Nous avons commandé et reçu très rapidement, et emballés sécuritairement, DEUX purificateurs d’air Levoit (Core 400S et Vital200S) pour 2 pièces de notre maison. Avant de faire l’achat, j’avais fait des recherches pour vérifier les recommandations des meilleurs appareils, et la marque Levoit revenait souvent au sommet des palmarès des purificateurs. J’ai été convaincu. Jusqu’à présent nous sommes tout à fait satisfaits. Ils sont efficaces et très silencieux. Le plus facile est de les mettre en mode automatique. Il faut savoir aussi qu’ils peuvent être contrôlés par une application (sur mon iPad et mon iPhone) qui offre des options supplémentaires. Nous avons 2 chats. Et nous avons des amis qui sont allergiques ! Et je suis moi-même atteint d’une maladie pulmonaire chronique et je constate déjà qu’il m’est possible de réduire ma médication, quoique je ne le recommande pas nécessairement ! Mais c’est juste une preuve, à mon avis, de l’efficacité de ces purificateurs. De plus, ce sont des appareils esthétiques qui s’harmonisent à n’importe quel décor et ne sont pas encombrants. Et leur prix, à mon avis est avantageux. Je ne suis pas un « influenceur », mais je recommanderais sans hésitation ! - - - We ordered and received very quickly, and securely packaged, TWO Levoit air purifiers (Core 400S and Vital200S) for two rooms in our house. Before making the purchase, I did some research to check the recommendations for the best devices, and the Levoit brand often came up at the top ! I was convinced. So far, we're completely satisfied. They're effective and very quiet. The easiest thing to do is set them to automatic mode. It's also worth noting that they can be controlled via an App (on my iPad and iPhone) that offers additional options. We have two cats. And we have friends who are allergic! And I myself have a chronic lung condition, and I've already noticed that I've been able to reduce my medication, although I don't necessarily recommend it! But that's just proof, in my opinion, of the effectiveness of these purifiers. Plus, they're aesthetically pleasing devices that blend in with any decor and aren't bulky. And, in my opinion, they're well priced. I'm not an influencer, but I would definitely recommend them!

Very pleased with my 400 air purifier. The first day of using it our house had lost its locked up winter smell. Watching it automatically increase in speed catching the cooking smells is incredible and it really works. Using it now for a couple of weeks its noticeably helped us with our dust & Spring allergies 👍 Answering some of the negative reviews. Yes the bottom come will come off easily if it hasn’t been LOCKED in place properly and I can hear an electrical hum on auto/ sleep modes at NIGHT, so I leave it on low speed when sleeping. I recommend it and am now looking at buying a smaller one just for our bathroom.

Vivo en Barcelona, justo delante de una carretera muy concurrida y con obras constantes en la calle. Buscaba una solución para no respirar ese polvillo en suspensión, y este Levoit ha superado mis expectativas. Lo que más destacaría tras probarlo a fondo: 🔹 Capacidad y Cobertura: Lo tengo instalado en el comedor de mi vivienda de 75 metros cuadrados. Me ha sorprendido gratamente su potencia: es capaz de filtrar y renovar el aire de prácticamente toda la casa en pocos minutos sin ningún problema. Para un piso de este tamaño, va sobradísimo. 🔹 Sensibilidad del Sensor: El aparato "te informa" de lo que no ves. En cuanto abro una ventana o entra algo de humo, el sensor detecta que la calidad del aire se degrada y aumenta la potencia automáticamente. Es muy satisfactorio ver cómo limpia el ambiente y elimina olores de forma tan rápida. 🔹 Modo Noche Impecable: Me preocupaba el ruido, pero en el modo noche es prácticamente imperceptible. Se puede dejar funcionando mientras duermes o ves la tele sin que moleste en absoluto, y además permite apagar las luces del panel para que no haya contaminación lumínica. 🔹 App y Control: La conectividad es muy fluida. Poder encenderlo desde el móvil antes de llegar a casa o recibir alertas sobre el estado del filtro y del aire lo hace muy cómodo para el día a día. 🔹 El "Detalle de Realismo": Debes tener en cuenta que, por su potencia, el aparato tiene un tamaño considerable. No es un dispositivo que pase desapercibido en un rincón; necesitas reservarle un espacio despejado para que la entrada y salida de aire sea eficiente. Además, si vives en zona de obras como yo, recomiendo limpiar el pre-filtro exterior con una aspiradora cada dos semanas para que el polvo grueso no lo sature antes de tiempo. Resumen y recomendación: Es una inversión totalmente recomendada para urbanitas que vivan en zonas de mucha polución o construcción. Si tienes un piso de unos 70-80m², este modelo es el equilibrio perfecto entre potencia y silencio.

Sehr guter Luftreiniger für 70 qm. Benutze den Luftreiniger für offene 70 qm man merkt nach einer kurzen Laufzeit schon das die Luft besser wird. Der nachtmodus ist sehr Leise und die Anzeige lautet dabei nicht mehr. Ansonsten gibt es manuelle Einstellungen und auch Automatische Programme. Auf der App wird z.b angezeigt ab der Filter voll ist oder nicht! Bei höchster Stufe empfinde ich es aber sehr Laut. Hatte ihn eigentlich gegen Rauch gekauft, aber dafür ist er auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen!

Après plusieurs années d'utilisation et de recommandations, je fais un retour sur ce purificateur d'air. Celui-ci continue encore aujourd'hui de me donner entière satisfaction. Voici plusieurs points positifs que j'ai relevés : _ De nombreuses fonctionnalités intéressantes et utiles comme la possibilité d'éteindre l'éclairage ou le mode nuit (je confirme qu'il est possible de dormir avec le purificateur d'air en fonctionnement dans la chambre). _ Le capteur de particules fines est un vrai plus ! (dommage qu'il ne soit pas sur tous les modèles de la marque) _ L'application Vesync est simple à utiliser et assez complète. Elle donne accès à plusieurs informations utiles telles que la durée de vie du filtre, la programmation de l'allumage ou de l'extinction, ainsi qu'un graphique de l'historique de la qualité de l'air. Elle permet de surveiller la qualité d'air même lorsque vous n'êtes pas chez vous... Je l'ai testé dans de nombreuses conditions, et il s'est toujours montré très efficace, même dans des pièces avec un grand volume. J'ai également apprécié sa compatibilité avec Home assistant, qui m'a permis d'accéder à des fonctionnalités supplémentaires comme l'envoi de notifications pour m'alerter de la dégradation de la qualité de l'air ou l'activation automatique de l'appareil si elle dépasse une certaine valeur. Les côtés moins appréciables : _ Le filtre est très onéreux (il peut durée plusieurs années ou seulement quelques mois selon la qualité de l'air ambiant). Attention à ne pas l'utiliser pendant que vous cuisinez car cela impactera rapidement la durée de vie du filtre. En résumé je ne regrette pas mon achat (bien au contraire, j'ai même investi dans un autre modèle plus petit) . Lorsqu'il est en marche dans une pièce, on sent réellement une différence, notamment une réduction des odeurs, même dans un environnement déjà sain.
