These tablets work great to avoid cramping after long air travel or long duration sweat inducing activity. I don't really need to take them every day, but find 1-2 tablets every 3 hours during air travel totally eliminates any residual cramping for me (otherwise I'm very prone to leg cramping).. These seem to be easily absorbed, but that also means that moisture will quickly disintegrate them. Keep unused tablets in the bottle and stored in the refrigerator where they will stay dry. They last for many months. Also take precautions by wrapping those that you take on a trip. Basically, do everything you can to keep them dry and they work great. Do have liquid ready so that you can swallow them quickly.. The taste is not something that I particularly want to savor!

If you live in the desert or otherwise get dehydrated, these are a must to prevent muscle spasms

One of the best mineral supplements ever. If you leave them out exposed to the air too long, they get mushy. They are not packed with fillers and preservatives so they disintegrate if left out in the air. Not a flaw with the product, just a side effect of a pretty pure product.

Everybody is different so I hesitate rating this product because it hurt my tummy and caused digestive issues. I do believe iron may be the culprit of the issues I had. There isn't much iron in this product and I needed the other ingredients so I gave it a try. If you are sensitive to iron, check with your doctor before using this product. This product was highly recommended by many people so clearly I must be the exception to the rule.

Honestly, I can't believe nobody has commented on this. But, this stuff could be renamed "Colon Blow". I trend towards constipation, and the label said that it could cause diarrhea. I thought, "I will be fine. I will take the regular dose. This will be great to balance out my keto diet!" Hmmm. Listen to what the label says--I regretted my decision. From the time you know you are going to the bathroom, you will need to sprint like an Olympian to get there in time. I am not sure how it works...I am sure fine. I won't give it a bad rating because I misjudged the power of this stuff--that is on me. Yes, they are huge and they taste SUPER nasty. If they could do something about that part, it would be great. Just know that these things are serious business.

These are good. They really help me keep my energy and keep my heart working better. That said, they’re not easy to swallow and taste very bad. Besides, if you leave the bottle open, all the pills will absorb humidity from the air and become puffy and bumpy, at which point I don’t know if it’s safe to take them. So keep the lid on

I've taken various brands of mineral supplements in the past, but this one is different. I really can't say what it is, but I just feel better overall when I use this product.

Tablets are crumbling and rough and make them very hard to swallow. Also, a very fishy aftertaste that makes them very unpleasant and did not notice with the last bottle.

Dependiendo del uso que les des pueden no ser suficientes y no están tan balanceados. Llevo años tomando los de otra marca para el manejo de mi disautonomía y me funcionan de maravilla. No los pude conseguir la última vez y compré estos porque tenían buenas reseñas. Me descompensé terriblemente, no fueron ni cerca de suficiente. Además la calidad de las tabletas es realmente mala. Algunas rotas, otras con grietas. Son muy caras para lo que traen. Las de blife vienen en cápsulas, con mayor producto y mayor contenido de minerales. Estos definitivamente no los volvería a comprar ni los recomiendo. Hay mejores opciones por mejor precio.
