This Sh*t is Good
The chocolate flavor taste not unlike chocolate Nesquick® sans sugar. Hint: Use milk not water. My body is used to me eating like clockwork. The only time I ever get a headache is when I'm hungry. Drinking a meal a day? No problem. No headaches. No hunger. It takes a day or two to get used to not eating solid food. Anyone who says they are still hungry after drinking Invigor8 must be weak minded. They are giving in to the urge or addiction of the hand-to-mouth. Or they are just severely obese (there's an epidemic) and their body craves 1,000s of calories every meal. If so, try Invigor8 with a snack or have a snack soon after. The whole point of Invigor8 is to give your body only what it needs. This ain't Magic Invigor8 Ball. After drinking it, you will not feel like you just ate a plate-sized chicken fried steak, topped with 3 scoops of mashed potatoes, a boat of gravy and 4 yeast rolls. It might be necessary to wean yourself off of your usual. After drinking it, you just might find that you are not as hungry as you think. Addendum: Come to find out, I can only tolerate lactose in small doses. 12 fl. oz. is not small enough, especially after eating two bowls of cereal for breakfast. But fret not. I bought Lactaid® non-dairy milk and tried it with the just delivered strawberry Invigor8 and it is fantastic! It tastes not unlike strawberry Nesquick®! Invigor8 is Invigor-great!

Very pleased so far....
I bought both the vanilla and chocolate, as I had read they both tasted great. There were plenty of smoothie recipes for both flavors, too. So far, I am pleased. I will say there is a very slight, somewhat bitter aftertaste when using the vanilla in smoothies, but certainly not enough to say it's not good. Things I like versus others I've tried (which include Vega and Orgain): not clumpy, no fake sugars, no GMO's and no 'impossible to pronounce' ingredients. I am a runner, do strength training and lead a boot camp twice per week. I eat a high protein diet mixed with lots of fruits, veggies and water. I always like to have a smoothie for breakfast after a good workout. So far I can say that Invigor8 has been impressive in that I'm not hungry until lunch time. Usually I have to play the willpower game and drink more water to avoid snacking before lunch. So if you're thinking about using this product as a meal replacement to lose a few pounds, you will probably be happy with the results.

The best shake comparable to Shakeology
Overall, I LOVE this stuff!! It’s tastes GREAT- there’s no chalky texture and it’s not too sweet. It’s made of real ingredients (things that are grown from the ground, no chemical fillers). I love everything about this product and the nutrition it provides. The only thing I don’t like is that it’s only 15 servings for a steep price of $60 a tub. Which, if you need a months worth, you have to buy 2 for a final price of $120. That’s almost as much as Beach Bodys Shakeology. So that why I gave it 4 stars. Why does the good stuff have to be so darn expensive??? I used to drink Shakeology religiously because of how nutritionally dense and yummy it was. But it was just getting too expensive. So I have been on the look out for something comparable to it but at a better deal. So far, this is it!! With Beach Body, in order to get Shakeology at a cheaper price, you have join as a coach and pay a bunch of fees as well as shipping. So This product is in fact a better deal and still has the dense nutrition that makes body needs and the great taste to make it delightful. I am training for my 3rd marathon, teach spinn class, have 4 kids under 9 and a part time job. So I need something that will replenish nutrients and fill me up and this stuff gets the job done. So again, this is definitely worth the purchase if you’re willing to pay for it.

I might start drinking this stuff twice a day because I also love drinking it around 3pm when I get snacky and ...
This stuff tastes delicious and truly gives me a healthy energy boost! Until a few days ago, I drank the shakes AFTER my workouts, just to refuel and get a little boost. I was low on breakfast foods and made a shake for breakfast 2 days ago, I went right to the gym for my usual "boot camp" workout...and NO JOKE, I was stronger! Tried it again today, and again I saw a tremendous increase in stamina! I might start drinking this stuff twice a day because I also love drinking it around 3pm when I get snacky and fatigued trying to chase my 2 small kids around, this gets me through till dinner without giving into my cookie cravings...because again, it's delicious too! If a good product isn't enough to make a loyal customer, add on a top notch customer service team. I ordered the chocolate flavor for many months in a row. I was looking for a change, so I ordered vanilla. I received chocolate. I reached out to BRL and they quickly replied and apologized for the mistake. I was willing to buy another jug, but NO, they insisted I keep the chocolate one as their gift, and they are sending out another one in vanilla. (Please note, Amazon does their shipping so it wasn't even their mistake, but they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was going to be happy). AMAZING PRODUCT + AMAZING SERVICE = A loyal customer in me.

Serving size
Really great product, I have a soy sensitivity and it can be tough to find protein powder that doesn’t contain it. What I love about this product is that it is t full of a bunch of garbage. Taste was great (I had the chocolate one). My only complaint is the price. I just can’t justify $60 for 2 weeks worth of protein (if taking it daily). I didn’t realize it when I ordered it, but when I opened the package I was blown away with how small the container was, only to realize it’s 15 servings for $60…. There’s other comparable products for a better price.

She highly recommended this shake so I tried it
I read about this shake in Health magazine. The article was written by someone who is an avid organic only consumer who trains hard and needed a shake that would improve her energy level. She highly recommended this shake so I tried it. I really enjoy it - it is super creamy and tastes great - is not chalky at all. I mix it with frozen blueberries, 1/2 an avocado, and 2 T chia seeds after my workout at the gym. It keeps me satisfied with no hunger for 3-4 hours. I am using it as a meal replacement twice a day. It is a little more expensive than some of the other choices in shakes but the ingredient list is second to none if you are concerned about what is going into your body. In addition, with the pre and probiotics I haven't had the stomach discomfort that I have had with every other shake I have used in the past. I highly recommend it.

Freaking Stevia sweetener...
This stuff is so foul. I mean... it's just rank, and that doesn't even take into account the flavor. I offered the jug up to a coworker to smell without preamble (serves him right for being trusting!) and he promptly went off on a three minute tirade about how I could possibly do that to someone. On top of smelling like something I do not have words for (seriously, I don't know how to describe it other than "wildly offensive"), it's taste is so bad I actually threw up the first time I drank a cup. I managed to get the entire cup down, and at that point my stomach decided it agreed with my taste-buds and up came the entire cup again. Let me tell you... it doesn't taste any better the second time. I'm a pretty open person though, so against my better judgement, I tried a second cup. Yeah, I know. Why on earth would anyone do that to themselves?! But I've done the meal replacement shake thing most of my life, being a very active person with a very fast metabolism makes eating 6K calories a day and making them meaningful calories to boot pretty difficult. So I've always tried to find easy alternatives to eating "The Rock" diet before there was even The Rock to have such a thing. I know that it usually takes a little bit to adjust your tastebuds to them. So I tried it again. And I kept it down. And there in lay the problem. My body wanted nothing to do with it and promptly shunted it right "back" out. /lesigh (I know. TMI. but hey, honest product review right?! the things we do for integrity.) Third times the charm! So here I am, it's lunch time, and I'm trying 1 more time. It still tastes gross, but my taste-buds are resigned to the fact. As such I can actually taste what I find so offensive about this meal shake. Stevia. It is so ungodly artificially sweetened I feel like I'm drinking pure corn syrup. You know how when you eat something too sweet it sorta burns on your tongue and makes your teeth hurt with the sugar shock? Yeah, if this were real sugar, it would be doing that. Which is usually the problem with Stevia sweetened food items. Manufacturers don't seem to account for it's overwhelming sweetening power and add waaaaaaaaaay too much in an effort to mask other unpleasant flavors in "healthy" foods there by making them completely unpalatable instead of simply unpleasant. That Stevia flavor will not go away for hours no matter how many cups of tea I swirl around my mouth trying to clean off my tongue. It's probably also why I threw up the first time and had such a poor reaction the second time to boot, for whatever reason Stevia and I do not get along. By the end of this review I've managed to drink about 1/3 of the 1 cup of shake I mixed up, and I just can't do it. I can't finish it. I guess I'm having a cup of herb tea for lunch. Stevia needs to be unmade.
