Vitamin d one a day
As per Nhs advice vitamin D in winter months is a good idea. These whilst not the cheapest are well packaged and contain addition k supplement . One a day years supply

Good combination.
These tablets are a great combination for immune support as well as bone strength and much more. It is high dose for the Vitamin D3, which is great and it is good to have the K2 with it as it's one less thing you have to remember to buy. It comes in the form of small tablets that are very easy to swallow with water. My only issue with them is the price. Yes, you get a whole year's worth in the bottle (assuming you only take 4000IU/day), but the current price is ยฃ20 which is one of the more expensive options, even for a year's worth.
