It has no glue. **Q: So if you move to a new house, how do you pack up then reuse this since it has an adhesive on the back rather than suction cups?** A: There is no adhesive. This thing lets me stash my daily essentials in the most convenient possible spot, while saving space. It's been on the mirrored door for 2 months and hasn't budged. Works great for both razor and toothbrush stuff. I also have the mirror in my shower. It's on a semi-smooth stone wall, and has held up remarkably well, also not budging since installed, unlike the suction-hooks I tried there. My guess is: a fully-loaded toothbrush holder *might* fall off these semi-porous walls. But since the mirror is so light, and stays close to the surface, it's just fine. And I wouldn't bet against the toothbrush holder, but I also wouldn't blame the manufacturer if it didn't work... (Suggestion to designers: I use an old-school double-sided safety-razor from Henson, and if the razor holder were juuust a little bigger, it would fit better.
