Cumple su función y el tamaño es ideal. He hecho varios pollos con el y salen riquísimos. Si que es cierto que no se consume todo el líquido que pongo, y yo esperaba que si lo hiciera. Será cuestión de seguir practicando

You cannot do without this cooking stand if you want to grill a whole chicken and use beer to keep the bird moist. What I like of this ceramic one is the ease of cleaning. The metal cooking stand works fine but it takes a lot of effort to clean and I know because I own both. I use Pam to spray the ceramic stand and especially on the bottom where grease easily bakes on. A next time I plan on trying a turkey and if it is not large I expect that it will be supported by the Kamado Joe. A must item for the grilling enthusiast.
