Very effective!
I purchased this cooling rub to use on my legs at night before bedtime. This is very effective at relaxing my legs, reviving them and helps me to relax overall and sleep.

Feels great on tired feet
I have multiple pain issues in my feet after having many surgeries and this stuff is great right before bed. My only negative comment is that the amazing feeling doesn't last long enough!
