Got the battery and one of the battery posts was broken off

I was looking for a replacement Battery for my APC UPS & Surge Protector MD# BE425M. This battery ExpertPower EXP1245, 12V, 4.5A was a perfect fit! If you read the user manual for the APC UPS 7 Surge Protector, it states that there are no user replaceable componets. Not true! I was able to secure this battery and replacement was fairly easy for me. I saved a lot of money over a complete replacemnt of my APC unit and spared the landfill too!
