Great value for a great cooking reference book

Great book! It came in a good condition. It’s easy to follow, lost of recipes and helpful information.

Originally ordered for college courses but have kept for personal use. Provides a good foundation for cooking knowledge and technique. Also provides recipes. Some recipes are difficult to follow in the home setting but can be adjusted to smaller sizes. Overall, it survived the textbook purge so it’s worth keeping around if you want to learn to cook.

The book looks like new...some bends in the corners but the important information of the book is in perfect condition.

Only little dirty outside, inside is completely new, very satisfied of the purchase. It arrive it on time, just the 2 days before I need to use it.

This was a textbook for my daughter who is going to College. It came in great time and was a beautiful book that I'm sure she'll keep to reference.
