**Q: How do you refill these? Can’t get the lead to advance on the 3.0. Does not write.,**
A: I have the same problem with my 3.0 it sucks!! All the other ones work fine. I did drop 1 lead in under the eraser and clicked it down, but you have to write very soft or it will break.

**Q: does the lead in the pencil chamber rotate around making the lines rather dull instead of being able to create a sharp contrast line?**
A: No, Neither the mechanical pencils nor the 2mm lead holders will rotate the lead.

**Q: are the two 2mm pencils graphite pencils?**
A: Yes

**Q: Does the 2.0 have a built-in cap eraser?**
A: Yes, under the black cap. The cap fits tightly, so eraser will usually get pulled out with it. Just separate them and put the eraser part back.
