I was very pleased with this item. I had to remove tile flooring in a bathroom. This tool did a phenomenal job. I did order a set of bits that came with a 4 inch paddle bit. It made quick work of the tile and mortar. My alternative was using a hammer and chisel to get the tile out. I’m sure this was at least 10 times faster than doing that. I would say it was well worth every penny I spent for it. I would recommend that you read the instructions and keep up on the maintenance of this tool. Basically you just have to grease it and grease the bits periodically. I was considering getting a bigger jackhammer to do the job, but this one did just fine and now I have an impact drill to go along with my set of tools. The dual purpose of this tool, jackhammer and rotary impact drill, is definitely a bonus.This was a great buy.

Fantastic value for the money. Just finished drilling 50 2.5"d 5/8" holes into 8k psi concrete and it works great, drills like vibrating butter! Gets a little hot after 15-20 holes but I used it as an excuse for a break as I'm sure it would have been just fine. Good build quality. Solid rotary hammer. If you've only used a hammer drill, a rotary like this is in another league.

Wow, color me impressed. I bought this because it cost the same to purchase as to rent a hammer drill. I needed to sink 9/16” holes in 5000 psi concrete for rebar pegs to keep a patch in place in a basement plumbing renovation. It sank those holes 4” like butter. It seems very well built, and has a good warranty to boot. I think it’s an absolute bargain and highly recommend. Comes with a decent hardshell case too.

Drill works great, used it with saw blades to cut holes in drywall. Like the standard drill attachment provided and how sturdy the drill feels with the ability to move the front handle depending on needs. Don’t like the selector for drill only mode as part of it is not marked on the drill. Overall a great item with a good price

Got this to punch a 5" hole through the basement floor for a radon suction pit. My old 1/2" drill with hammer function was taking forever to drill a single 1/2" hole through the 4-5" of concrete. This beast drills a 5/8" hole in seconds! Drilled a series of 16 holes in a 5" pattern in about 10 minutes and the used chisel bits to bust it out. Ended up with a fairly clean 5" hole. I then used chisel bits and a long 3/4" drill bit to loosen up the packed clay and sand to dig out the radon bit. I would not have got it done without this tool. I ended up having to add a second pit to the system and this tool was up to the task. (got the radon down from 20 to about 1) . Held up well for how I was mistreating, the tool

Heavy Duty ! I get the job done with this hammerdrill. Not a toy, it finishes every job it starts and won't bog down.

This tool has helped me greatly. Fixing my parents house hasn't been easy but this tool right here is a back saver. I would be breaking my back if not for this tool. Thanks
