If I could give this product zero stars I would. When removing the product from the shrink wrapped packaging it is as lumpy and uneven as one could imagine. We allowed several hours for the pillow to "puff" up to it's expected size. It never reached anything resembling the product photo, and had an awful odor coming from it. I could not be more displeased with a product, and what makes it worse is I have to pay return shipping costs even when I had free shipping... I'm sorry the product was terrible, but I have never had to pay return shipping costs before.

The Good: This is a good pillow. It is thick, supportive, and after about a couple hours out of the packaging, it plumped right up. I’ve tried memory foam pillows in the past, and I’ve found that they are too firm and don’t give way enough to my head. Feather pillows are too soft and turn into lumpy oatmeal in a short period of time, but this one found a good balance between the two. Definitely worth the investment… no more Costco pillows for me. I’ve tried memory foam The Bad: This pillow is a bit long, which they don’t hide in the product dimensions, but I still ended up having to buy a new pillow case which was annoying. I will revise my review if it falls flat too soon as well. Pros: -Supportive but soft -No weird smells Cons: -Does not fit in a standard pillow case Buy again: -In a shorter size, yes. Great pillows. They are rolled upon shipping and packaging, so fluff them and let them sit for a couple hours. Continue to fluff once in a while to break up chunky areas. They will fully enlarge and become your favorite pillow. I did not notice any chemical smell off of these pillows, as many have stated.

I just purchased a foam pillow for my husband and it was so much nicer than this one. This had to be tossed in the dryer to fluff it up and even then I am pulling apart chunks in the pillow to make it have any give. The one my spouse has did that on its own, That one is a dream to sleep on. This one is a nightmare. It's a solid mass of hardness. I regret buying it.

but that's not saying much. I put it in the dryer to fluff it up, no problem with that. however while sleeping on it and I wake all of the filling has shifted to one side leaving my head on a minimal of fluff so I end up turning the pillow over to get back on the fluff. I did notice that the pillowed smelled like nail polish remover, put it back in the dryer with a sheet of bounce. after that it smelled like cedar, nice aroma, it slowly left though, I miss it. as the stars above say, it's ok, I see no reason to buy another though.

The Bamboo by Home comfort pillow is absolutely the best pillow I have ever slept with. I had a better sleep with it, than I have had in a long time. It is firm yet allows you to manipulate it a little to make for the perfect fit. The Bamboo by Home pillow is large, I bought the queen size, so if I were buying one for my younger daughter, I'd look for a standard size or smaller. Excellent purchase. I highly recommend.

This pillow is awful! I needed to replace my pillow and have heard great things about bamboo pillows, so I decided to give this one a try. I prefer to sleep on medium to firm pillows and was happy that the description said this pillow is firm. It's not firm- it's hard and uncomfortable. It's like sleeping on a rock. I was hoping that with continued use, it might become more pliable or at least a little more comfortable. It hasn't. Definitely a waste of money.
