Sticky is the groundbreaking collection of character based, body-positive tales of man-on-man carnality and sweetness written by Dale Lazarov and drawn by Steve MacIsaac – now in its 10th anniversary of publication! TimeOut Chicago says “carnality and sweetness is the exactly the right combination that makes Sticky a real standout in the genre. Readers will find the material is hot and unabashedly romantic.” Pop Matters notes that “by abandoning political screeds or stories about shame, secrets, family acceptance, and all the other storylines that are used over and over again, Sticky makes a powerful political statement: this is normal.” Sticky features several comic stories that, while incredibly hot and masculine, show how gay men not only just hook up: they connect. In “Hold On”, a casual street fair hook up between two hot guys turns into an extended challenge to see how far they can go while delaying climax. And they go pretty far! “Talk Show Queers” looks into what happens to the gorgeous gay rodeo star after he’s been brutally dumped by a boyfriend who declares himself straight in front of a talk show audience: the cowboy gets picked up by the hot, burly security guy sitting front row center. Naturally, they get down to some sticky business… In “Treats”, a hot, butch pirate and a muscle-bound monk meet at a grad school Halloween party. Trick or treat? Both, if it’s good! Unzipped agrees: “What’s cool about [Sticky’s] man-on-man comic action is that it’s not just hot, it’s also friendly, and, well, versatile.” Review: Simply fun book! - Loved the simplicity of the graphic book. No dialouge anywhere in the book. If you wanted a easy erotic book to get you in the mood QUICKLY, this is the one. Loved the stories. The men are very masculine, and if you lean towards the hirsute, there are plenty of them in the book. A great find to add to my collection! Review: ... without words i still found this book to be awesome. highly recommended just for the drawings - though its just an erotic comic book without words i still found this book to be awesome. highly recommended just for the drawings

Exquisite as always
I like Dale Lazarov's comics because he is always telling stories realted to the gay culture without any kind of speech, just a few frames and you understand the action, feelings and passion of the characters. Though this volume does not depict much images of the couple print on the cover, it actually has some romantic and delightful lines of musculature to stare at. If you like to experience comics of different points of view, Dale Lazaro is definetly for you to try out. I would recomend you to start out with the MANLY volume, after all, I think that's his best, this one being the second in place.

good stories, mediocre art
I have to say I was underwhelmed by this book. The lack of text makes it more accessible to a wider range of readers, and the story lines were clearly understandable from the drawings, but the art style was somewhat off. It's hard to say why, exactly, but there were several times when the proportions seemed odd, and that distracted from the overall hotness of the message.

Couldn't Give A Zero Rate
Horrid Artwork... very unerotic... bodies looked deformed most of the time (and not in a good way)... very disappointed!

Fun with Sticky
This is a fun book, contains no text - only wonderful illustration, a bit confusing storywise but it hardly mattars as it's really just about the sex, and there is plenty of that!

... I bought one of Dale Lazarov's comics and I loved it. There is very few narration
First time I bought one of Dale Lazarov's comics and I loved it. There is very few narration, but the visual images make the story and plot easily understood. The reader is like the "third" person experiencing the same situation as the main characters; it is a perfect example of relating to a character, thus mixing reality with the imagined world. Art work is impeccable & attention to detail is clearly evident. I highly recommend this, & any other of Lazarov's works.
