Great quality. Phone looks and works like brand new even though it was refurbished. I've had the phone over a year now and it still works great.

I bought a pre-own Samsung Galaxy S21. It's an Great condition it looks brand new. I am on the t mobile network And it was very Easy to switch phones online I do not have to pay any additional fees when I did that through t mobile. For the first 3 days of the phone usage I kept on getting Verizon ads and pop ups and there's pre-installed games and it's saying it wanted to log on to the Verizon network. I've never had Verizon so would I had to do is uninstall the apps every single thing that said Verizon on it I blocked uninstalled and now it's working perfectly like a brand new phone no more Verizon ads. Everything works great I bought a very good phone case for it I do have one regret not purchasing this phone sooner I was just Postponing purchasing it because I was afraid the phone was gonna be in bad condition Don't hesitate to buy from this seller I'm going to replace this phone hopefully in about 1 or 2 years with the new reversion thank you

I ordered two refurbished 'excellent' versions of this phone: both are S21 5g 128GB. They came in good shape, purple one had minor chipping around edges but the grey/black one came with no chips or dings. One phone came with a cord, no block and the other came with different brand of block and cord which doesn't fast charge, cord also is sketchy when plugging in like it's too small, you almost have to force it in and out of the phone, I feel like it will end up breaking the phone so we threw that cord out. None of the cords or blocks I have on hand fast charge these phones, which is weird, so it takes 8 hours to fully charge... I will be purchasing a few chargers to see if I can find one that will fast charge these phones, if not I'll be contacting support. Other than that, the phones works great, screen and camera work perfect. I bought this phone for my daughter and son, they both like to play games like Minecraft, Roblox, and Fortnight and the phones have handled all those games perfectly, no lagging and graphics are nice. Very good storage as well!

This is my first time buying a cell phone from Amazon. I onky ever purchased directly through my carrier. I am 100% satisfied with this purchase. I will never buy strait from a carrier again. This cell phone arrived and looks brand new. The delivery eta was on par. Not one blemishes on this cell phone. The purple color is so pretty. It was so easy to activate/set up. I recommend this seller and this phone.

I took over two weeks to finally have time to set up the phone since I work 12 hours a day, spend another 3-6 hours in the gym, and normal life responsibilities. I finally set it up and I was doing ride shares as a driver and the phone went to a Grey scale. No color. The volume went out on it and I couldn't hear anything on apps or the GPS which has me illegally holding a phone which got me a ticket for it trying to navigate and cost me $171 so zero stars for this phone being called excellent. I will just buy a new one this seller didn't provide an honest product. The battery dies quickly and it always has to be attached to the charger. I had a Walmart moto 5 g phone while I was waiting on this to arrive and it worked better and longer than this one. You have to restart it to bring the color back and then it goes right back out. I restarted before the review and it was in color until the first sentence. I'm glad I have the other between phone or I'd be missing work tonight again costing more income. Buyer beware. This is a nightmare. I wanted this phone so I could use the camera for my tiktoks since that mogo g camera stinks and is fuzzy, the camera on this is nice but filming in black and white isn't it. Then I can't even access tiktok from this. Asks me to give an ID and credit card but I can access it from everything on tiktok from the old phone and computer. I don't know why this was sold other than to trick someone out of their money but lesson learned. Never a rebuilt or refurbished phone. I'll pay full price for a new one from the original company.
