I'm 75 years old and with that comes aches and pains muscle cramps and Charlie horses. This item tackled them all with great success. I'm not saying that it's a miracle worker but it's probably as close as you can get. I have frequent pains in my lower back and legs. Just a few minutes with this and they seem to go away at least temporarily. I love this machine. It has three speeds which I don't know why you would use two of them but they are there if you want them. Now it does say it has heat. If it does it's very slight and not worth even thinking about. I wish they would make it a little warmer. Not hot warmer. As it is right now you can barely tell it's getting warm. It is a bit heavy but if you hold it right by the handle you can use it in just about any position once you get used to it. I do wish they would have provided a bag to keep all the stuff in. There are three different types of attachments plus the charger and if you're anything like me you'll put them somewhere not to lose them and you won't be able to find them when you need them. Simple little bag would really be nice and a little more heat would be even better. All in all how do I rate this? Well I didn't give it five stars because of the heat situation not being very good and because I think they should have a bag with it to keep all the stuff in so it doesn't get lost. I know picky picky but that's why I took one star off. Is this a good product you? know it is. Would I buy this again? In a heartbeat. And the big question is, would I recommend this? You bet your Life I would. If you have aches and pains and muscle problems this is the thing you need.
