Easily my favorite fuel for running. I don’t do well with multiple gels, gels tend to sit in my stomach and make me sick after so many but the tailwind doesn’t. Smells great, tastes great, not overly sugary and very easy to go down. Didn’t cause any stomach problems and carried me through my marathon with ease.

Hands down the best thing I've found for extended endurance events. Light taste. Good choices of flavors. Most importantly, I've never experienced any GI side effects as I have with other products after running for 6-12 hrs. I always get the one with caffeine just enough to keep you going when your out doing a 50 or 100.

Tailwind is my go to drink mix for long distance training and racing. My primary race focus is full distance Ironman triathlons. Very light and pleasant flavor. Dissolves instantly I'm water.

This is a good option when you need to carry nutrition with you in a long race that doesn’t allow drop bags. They taste exactly like the larger bags. These actually have the equivalent of two scoops of the bigger bag mix. It mixes well and dissolves easily in water. This is really important when in a race under less than ideal SAG conditions. These are not as cost effective as the he larger bag, but serve an important purpose when the larger bag won’t work. I recently travelled to AZ for a gravel race on the border. I travelled with these instead of the larger bag for portability to carry for 100 miles, but also to make it through TSA security (which has questioned the larger bags content).

Half of the powder packets were solid powder bars. Not ideal for fueling during a race. I’ll find another fuel

I did a 50 mile trail race in June and local running store was out fo Tailwind. This is a great flavor and I never really felt a big rush from the caffeine which is good for me. I used 5 packets over 11 hours on the course. I also use VFuel gels and Justins Chocolate Almond Butter as well. Stomach was ok.

Packets were extra hard and will not dissolve in water. Amazon will not allow to be returned or exchanged. EXTREMELY UPSET. THIS IS A PROBLEM WITH HOW AMAZON IS STORING THINGS FOR HUMIDITY OR MOISTURE TO ACCESS PRODUCTS

After cramping became an issue during an OCR event a friend recommended Tailwind. I used the product during training, leading up to the Spartan Killington Beast race and then in race day. I felt incredible, no cramping, no stomach bombs. I highly recommend.

Da ich persönlich sämtliche Energy Gels nicht verträge war ich seit längerem auf der Suche nach einer Alternative. Tailwind bietet für mich das perfekte Paket - Kohlenhydrate, Salz, Koffein (in vernünftiger Dosierung). Geschmack (Himbeere) ist nicht zu intensiv und schmeckt wirklich gut. Klar - Tailwind ist nicht das günstigste Produkt (daher 4 Sterne), aber da ich damit gut fahre und keinerlei Magenbeschwerden habe ist es mir das Wert. Für Trinkblasen Nutzer - hinterlässt keine Rückstände und lässt sich super leicht ausspülen!

Brilliant for refuelling for Marathons and Ultras

Tail wind dilutes well, gets into the system quick. Great for long training sessions. I am a channel swim coach. Finding a good product that works with choice was vital. My only wish is that they sold it in larger quantities in a nutral flavour so i have choice/variety as channel swim training needs multiple feeds.
