Best chalk I've used
I've gone through several different brands of liquid chalk. Most take too long to dry but they all wipe off after a few lifts. I tend to have really sweaty hands, and I can't have my chalk wearing off after just 3 reps on 315 as I do not use straps. This stuff is God-tier. It dries quickly and just sticks around. I usually apply once before each lift and it'll stick for all of my sets. Previously, I'd have to apply more frequently. After finding this stuff, it's my go-to brand. Highly recommended.

So-so. Just buy their regular chalk
I recommend the regular Black Widow Spider Chalk (same company) in the black bottle over this. This extreme chalk is okay but it is not as grippy as the regular chalk. I lift weights as well as row (single scull on the water and C2 erg indoors). I have been five-star happy with their regular chalk for lifting. If that's your use case, get the regular chalk. I tried this because their regular chalk does not stay on the hands through an entire rowing session. This extreme chalk mentions that it's good in humid environments. I live in the south east US and, during July and August, it's usually 95 - 98% humidity and quite warm when I row. Plus, I'm rowing on a lake with water steaming off, so let's call it 100% humidity. This extreme chalk did not last any longer on my hands than the regular chalk and is less grippy. To my fellow scullers looking for a solution to sweaty hands, try their regular chalk. Apply it to your hands just before geting in the boat. Take the bottle with you if you're rowing more than 5K. It'll start failing around 4500m and you'll definitely want to rechalk at 5K. To rechalk while in the boat, just squirt a line of it on one handle at a time and spread it around on your and and the handle. Then repeat on the other side. It's easy and only takes about 30 seconds to dry. Your grip will be rock solid for at least 3000m.

Expensive but good
The grippiest liquid chalk I've ever used for lifting. It does seem to rub off a little more quickly than others though. So I'd have to apply 2, maybe 3 times in a 45-60 minute session.
