If it is 90% what is the other 10%?

Stevia Extract 90% is one of the most highly concentrated stevia on the market, which is standardized at 90% total steviol glycosides, with about 40% Rebaudioside-A inside. The other 10% is other substance extracted from stevia leaf. There is no additive or filler inside.

Most of the "pure" ones also have inulin. Does this really not have inulin?

While the package does not indicate inulin as an ingredient, I have had to use 3 times as much of this product from most recent order as compared to when I last ordered the same product. Something has reduced the sweetness and I have wondered if it is infused with inulin. Will not order again.
