Does it include 7070 pencil 0.9 and 7050 refill set?

Mine has 4050 & 4020 refill sets. It didn’t specify size of lead.

What is the size of the lead?

I believe it’s 2 HB. It’s the standard wood pencil size. If you’re asking in regards to purchasing another brand of lead refills I would advise against that, though.
