I'm not exaggerating when I say that I would literally buy a lifetime supply if I could. I'm super particular about my protein snacks, both because I want it to taste like what it's advertised as and I don't want to feel like I'm eating chalk, so ALOHA became my go-to a while ago. I order a handful of flavors at the same time and eat one a day. I'm one of those people who wakes up nauseous every morning for seemingly no reason, but these things give me the energy I need to get going and they don't make me want to rip out my tongue like most protein bars do. There is some variance in quality between batches, most of which have great flavor and texture but can sometimes be chalky (which I think has more to do with storage/delivery practices than anything else). This won't taste exactly like a Reese's cup, but it doesn't have to. You can definitely taste the peanut butter and chocolate, so it's sweet but not overwhelmingly so, and you get a good shot of protein AND fiber at the same time. It's pricey, but to me, it's absolutely worth it.Also, fun fact, if you take a bunch of them with you on a plane, pull the bag you carry them in out for TSA to inspect. Its organic matter wrapped in inorganic matter, so TSA's scanners will think they're something they're not and that can cause a holdup unless you're on top of it. I literally write notes for TSA now to tell them what these are, it helps things move a little faster.

Finally a protein bar that I can digest. These are so good. Great price thru Amazon.

This is a delicious plant based bar that is free of sugar alcohols, which upset my stomach. There is no protein aftertaste - it literally tastes like a Reese’s. It’s a nice texture with a chocolate outer coating and chewy peanut butter inside. 15G of protein for 230 calories is a little low from a protein standpoint, but these bars are so good that I’ll overlook it. I will be trying more flavors!

As a registered dietitian, I recommend ALOHA bars to many of my patients who have busy schedules and need a convenient, portable, and balanced snack. Most protein bars on the market are packed with sugar alcohols, artificial sweeteners, and very little fiber — but these stand out in the best way.ALOHA bars contain a touch of monk fruit extract with less than 5 grams of added sugar, plus 10 grams of fiber and 14 grams of protein to help keep you full longer and support stable blood sugars. The flavor is delicious and not overly sweet, and I love that the ingredients are clean and plant-based.I took off one star only because the chocolate coating on the peanut butter cup flavor tends to be a bit crumbly compared to other varieties. Still, the taste is great, and I’ll continue to buy and recommend these to my clients.

I don't really know if the bars are good for me, by the description it would seem so, how would I really know? They are good and tasty so I will continue to use them and, sort of, trust in the quality of the ingredients as advertised.

Very good tasting bars. The texture is nice as well, nothing like the other hard and stiff ones you’d typically find. The flavor is there, but not as sweet as a Reeces bar, which is completely fine by me as this it doesn’t need to be. Overall a good value and with all the perks of being organic, plant based, and non GMO etc. I will be buying again.

I liked these chewy protein peanut butter bars because they helped my digestion. Plus I liked that they satisfy me to help intermittant fasting. They kept inflammation and constipation down . I am disabled, and they don't raise my sugar levels.A little kick of caffeine is noticeable and good with hot beverages. They are a large heavy chewed digestible portion. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Not like Atkins bars I love but those have fake sweetness that really make you sick. This one does not make you divk
