Well packaged, good finish. It’s fairly easy to put together, the instructions could be better as a lot of people have already said they are visual only. They would benefit from a few comments to help you. It’s very sturdy when fully built, good strong worktop. Overall very happy with it and would recommend to friends

Sturdy Workbench Drawer Unit – Frustrating Build but Worth It in the End Review: I ordered the 7-drawer version with one wide drawer at the top and six smaller ones arranged two per row below. Although delivery was quoted as 2–3 days, it arrived the very next day – a pleasant surprise. The unit came flat-packed in two boxes, including the drawers, which needed to be folded into shape and assembled with bolted-on fronts and backs. With 8 bolts per drawer, this part was particularly tedious, and the instructions where challenging. However, once built, I was pleasantly surprised by how solid and well-made it felt. It’s a robust piece of kit and looks great in the garage. Despite the challenging assembly, I’m confident it will serve me well for years to come. I ended up fitting castors to this unit to replace the existing feet. It's a simple task I purchased 4 x Castor Wheels by FPM Direct ( ASIN B0BV7DQZLN) These are 8mm screw in as direct replacements Update: Delighted with the first, I went ahead and bought a second. It arrived just as quickly, and assembly was a breeze the second time.

Firstly lets talk about delivery - was delivered a day early. nicely packaged. Now lets talk about the building of it. The instructions are quite basic. thankfully I've built a number of Ikea pieces over the years and that knowledge came in handy. It took me nearly two hours to complete so ensure you give yourself plenty of time. I did the build order slightly differently to the instructions - they say to do all the draws first and then the uniy, but you don't need the draws until its built and so I built the unit first and then was able to us the unit top to build the draws at a decent height instead of on the floor. I had no missing parts for the build which is always a good thing The unit itself is really sturdy once complete and I love the look and the feel of the draws. Once I had built the unit and installed the top I did notice some marks and damage to the top which due to the top being placed into the packaging as it was. If it wasn't for the slight damage and the poor instructions I'd have definitely given this unit 5 stars and to be fair the damage will pale in comparison to the damage I'll end up doing over the next few weeks while I'm renovating my Garage 🤣🤣🤣

Excellent product, easy to follow build instructions.

Good quality product. However, I would urge BigDug to use a different delivery company. The first one i order was left outside in the rain and this one turned up half open, parts damaged on the open end (paint chips, dented and bent parts) and more annoying the instructions were missing. Fortunately, i'm using it in my workshop so i had the tools to make the parts usable. Another stroke of luck was that all the paint damaged parts faced the rear or were internal parts. The third stroke of luck was that i already have the larger unit so putting it together without the instructions was doable. If this was the first one i had purchased or if the top was damaged i would have been returning it - in this situation it was more agro than it was worth.

Exactly as described. Arrived on time. Quite pleased that it appears a lot stronger than some. If I want to be picky it might be nice if there was an option for a shelf in the cupboard and the instructions take a little bit of figuring out but no real problem.

Wry happy with the overall quality of the work bench. Comes in two packages, which were well packed so no damage. Instructions are visual only but easy enough to follow.

Half of this has gone off on a little journey of its own for a week now... hence the rest of it is a pile of scrap metal... big dug not over helpful ...
