Takes quite some pressure off neck

I use this primarily for back squats, prior to using it I experienced neck pain and headaches. It has significantly alleviated the pressure on my neck, heartily recommend.

Great for hip thrusts

So far, this has worked perfectly for my hip thrusts. Takes a bit of time taking the straps on and off, but I am glad to have them. The foam feels really dense and sturdy, exactly what I was hoping for.
