Great taste, no aftertaste, satisfying
I've tried a whole bunch of these shakes and this one is my favorite. It's a great snack food and great supplement to meals. It's hard to get enough protein in and these have 30 grams. The older you get the more this counts. I personally flavor the chocolate taste. It's like real chocolate milk but with a little more substance to it. And the calories are minimal for that quantity of protein. I buy a couple of cases at a time because I use them often. Warning however, unless you like weight lifting, don't order more than two cases in one order. Two cases are quite heavy. Three are too much.

Delicious Protein Boost
Glucerna is my favorite. I love it because it has 30 grams of protein. I am not a diabetic, but I am watching my weight and my sugar intake. Glucerna is made for diabetics so the sugar content is important for those who cannot tolerate sugar. But as a person without diabetes and just want extra protein, this drink is delicious. I prefer chocolate. I love chocolate. Itโs like drinking a milkshake. You can put it on ice or drink it right out of the container chilled or at room temperature. And you can drink it at any time. I drink it when I donโt have time to eat and Iโm on the run, itโs filling and very satisfying. I also use it after the gym for an extra boost of protein after working out. Glucerna is the greatest supplemental protein product.

Chocolate tastes great
Iโve really enjoyed these. I bought chocolate. The brand was recommended by the doctor who did my latest endoscopy because I have struggled to eat or drink for about two weeks. One star deducted because the cartons sometimes leak around the top, and product goes everywhere.

Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate! I love this shake. It is a little think when compared to other brands but this is my favorite. It does not leave me feeling bloated or hungry. Glucose levels do not spike and no after taste.
